XGN is a North American eSports organization. Aside from SMITE Xbox, the team also has divisions for Call of Duty and Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

History

During the MLG World Finals the old team made a surprise appearance by qualifying for the MLG Pro League, coming in as one of the bottom seated teams.

However, just before the launch of the MLG Pro League, XGN announced a new roster containing members from Denial eSports. This led to a mutual fuss between the former players of XGN, with players agreeing with the swap, and players who didn't. Eventually the new roster wouldn't play due to the MLG Pro League rules not allowing full roster swaps without consent of all the current players. This issue caused another fuss between the players and their organization, whereupon the players announced they would part ways with XGN, and would play in the league under the name Team No Scheme. However, after the old roster's first match in the league, and the lack of victory, led to the team deciding to disband and hand the spot in the MLG Pro League back to XGN. And XGN filling that spot with the roster of members from Denial.
