2015 Season

In 2015, South Korean footwear company SBENU acquired the roster of Prime Clan, renaming it SBENU Sonicboom before the start of SBENU Champions Summer 2015. The roster consisted of Soul, Catch, do it, SaSin, dan, Nuclear, Secret, and viviD. SBENU performed extremely poorly, only winning one series out of eighteen and placing dead last in their first season. They were forced to play a best of five against Ever in the LCK 2016 Season Spring Promotion to try and keep their spot in the LCK. SBENU played in the 2015 LoL KeSPA Cup where they lost 2-1 in the quarterfinals to SK Telecom T1.

  • May 19, SBENU sponsors Prime Clan. [1] Soul, Catch, do it, SaSin, dan, Nuclear, Secret, and viviD join.
  • October 18th, Head Coach Gerrard is to be banned by KeSPA for life due to match-fixing in StarCraft II. The ban is planned to take effect after trial.[2][3]
  • December 27th, viviD leaves.[4]
  • December 29th, do it leaves.[5]
