"Peanut" (Real Name: Han Wang-ho (한왕호)) is a Korean League of Legends player, current Jungler for Gen.G.

Career History

Peanut was born on February 3, 1998 in South Korea. He currently lives in Seoul.

2015

Peanut was a Substitute Jungler of NaJin e-mFire in 2015. In the Spring Split of the LCK, they were unable to make playoffs, finishing 6th in the regular season with a 5-9 record. In the Summer Split, they finished 5th with an 11-7 record and were able to qualify for playoffs. But they were swiftly defeated in the first round (1-2) by the KOO Tigers. Peanut would then leave the team in December of 2015 to join the ROX Tigers.

2016

Entering the Spring Split of the 2016 LCK, ROX finished 1st in the regular season with a 16-2 record. Being a favorite to win the playoffs due to SKT earlier on, ROX faced off against them in the Finals. In a crushing loss, they were defeated (1-3) and failed to qualify for the 2016 Mid-Season Invitational. In the regular season of the summer split, they were once again able to finish 1st with a 15-3 record. This time around, their opponent in the final wasn't SK Telecom, it was KT Rolster. In a very close series that became a classic, ROX was able to win it (3-2) and capture their first LCK title since they were formed. Qualifying for the 2016 World Championship as Korea's first seed, ROX was placed in Group A along with G2 Esports, Counter Logic Gaming and Albus NoX Luna.

At Worlds, Peanut made it out of the group stage as #1 seed after winning over Albus NoX Luna in their tiebreaker match. They were then seeded against EDward Gaming in the Quarterfinals and defeated the Chinese team. In the Semifinals, however, they faced their LCK rival SK Telecom T1 and lost, ending their run at 3rd-4th place.

In the 2016 LoL KeSPA Cup, they met SKT again in the Semifinals but this time, it was Peanut and team who came out victorious. They then beat Kongdoo Monster in the Finals and won the cup. This, however, is Peanut's last tournament with the team. On November 24th, ROX announced his and his teammates' free agency. The next day, it was confirmed that Peanut has officially left the team. On November 30th, it was announced that he has joined SKT as one of the Junglers alongside Blank.
