EGL Battle of Europe was a standalone event taking place in London, England on February 22nd, 2015. Halo 2: Anniversary was played in 4v4 competition.


The winner of this event won an all expenses paid trip to the Halo Championship Series Season 1 finals at PAX East 2015 and a match with the 8th North American seed at that event. The winner of this match would then move on into the tournament bracket.

Four online qualifiers were held to determine which teams would compete at this event. The winner of each qualifier received an all expenses paid trip to London to compete at Battle of Europe.[1]

The event was commentated by Richard Simms, Harry Channon, Miles Ross and Michael Cavanaugh.
