Bryan "Apathy" Zhelyazkov is a professional Call of Duty player that resides in the United States, who is currently a player for Seattle Surge. He is well known for his roles on teams such as Team EnVyUs, Team Kaliber, and FaZe Clan.

Getting his start on the PlayStation One, Apathy gained his reigns to the basics of gaming by replaying single player games over and over. It was when he heard about the Halo series; particularly Halo 3, which his interest for multiplayer games grew and he quickly found a way to get his hands on an Xbox 360 and the Halo 3 title. Playing competitive Halo for about two years, Apathy decided that he needed to make a change if he was going to continue to grow in his competitive gaming career. He saw this change with the Call of Duty chain, beginning with the MW2 title.

Black Ops and Black Ops 2

Apathy would begin to make noise during the Call of Duty: Black Ops season. While on Fly Society, Apathy would find his first Top 10 placing, finishing 9th at MLG Columbus. Bryan would find his highest placing while on apeX.Collapse finishing 2nd at MLG Raleigh. He would struggle during the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Season, playing on Quantic LeveraGe, Xtravagant, Twisted Method, and Team Curse. Apathy's highest placing during the BO2 season would be 8th at UMG Chicago with Twisted Method.

Apathy would really begin to shine in Call of Duty: Ghosts while on Strictly Business. He would finish 8th at the MLG Spring Championship. Bryan, along with Censor, Dedo, and Saints, would become one of the only teams to beat the juggernaut Complexity, finishing 1st at the U.S. Regional Championship. After a 4th place finish at the Call of Duty Championship, Apathy would leave Strictly Business and join Team Kaliber. He would miss UGC Niagara, but would attend the MLG X Games Invitational. His play would propel Team Kaliber into a championship match with OpTic Gaming. They would fall just short, losing Game 5 Search and Destroy on Sovereign 6-4, becoming the first Call of Duty Silver Medalists. Team Kaliber would just squeak in to the Championship Bracket for the MLG Championship Anaheim, finishing in 8th place in the MLG CoD League Season 2. However, the team would fall short, finishing 7th/8th at the tournament. Apathy would choose to leave tK, and would join Censor, Dedo, and Parasite on FaZe Clan.

  • His favorite Call of Duty title is Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
  • Besides gaming, he loves spending time with his friends or his girlfriend. He also loves to work out when he has some free time.
  • His gamertag "Apathy" was chosen in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, with the help of one of his former teammates, Kahuna.
